Frank is hands down the most AMAZING pharmacist we’ve ever encountered. My husband and I were visiting SF from out of town, and our infant son needed to get his acid reflux medication refilled. Our attempt at a regular pharmacy didn’t work, as he had an adverse reaction to the commercially available medication. Frank came to our rescue, calling our pharmacy back home so he could make as close to a match of his normal prescription as possible.
